Despite being the Number 2 brain hospital in all of Europe, it also has world-class services in other departments such as neurosurgery, general surgery, otorhinolaryngology, internal medicine, and child health. The clinic accepts patients of all ages. There are in-patient departments for men and women. Each patient who enters the clinic is observed by a professional team of psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologists, social workers, ergonomics specialists, etc. They offer beds in various different categories such as single and double rooms as well as luxury wards. All rooms are equipped with ventilation and air conditioning systems. The hospital beds are ergonomic and made of safe plastic. The doors to the wards are equipped with high-quality locks with increased protection. Internal and external video surveillance systems are installed throughout the clinic.

There are 2 operating rooms, one of which is 1A and the other 1B, and a 16-bed intensive care unit in NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital in order to perform robotic surgery, aneurysm surgery, Parkinson and Epilepsy operations as well as many other operations. The intensive care unit can fully service up to Level 3 to all intensive care patients.

The clinic has an air ambulance available 24/7. For foreign tourists, the clinic provides a package of exclusive services, such as assistance in obtaining a visa, airport pickup and transfer, translation services in the native language, accommodation organization (for outpatients and/or relatives).
