- Implant placement: It involves inserting specially made cylinders into the penis.
- Device Components:
- A pump and valve are inserted into the scrotum as part of a two-piece implant.
- An extra fluid reservoir is positioned in or above the abdominal wall in a three-piece implant.
- Closure: Stitches are used to seal incisions.
