Endovenous laser varicose vein surgery is a medical procedure that uses laser-generated heat to treat varicose veins. These veins, which appear swollen and bulging, are commonly found on the thighs or calves. The laser, which emits a focused beam of light, is used to seal and shrink the problematic vein, inducing the formation of scar tissue inside the vessel.
