Introduction

Reza Sharmin, a 41-year-old resident of Bangladesh who was having mobility issues and hip pain, had been advised to have a hip replacement by his local physicians. Pre-Treatment and Surgical Procedure

Ms. Reza Sharmin was advised by the doctor about the need for preparation and the risks associated as she was being admitted to the hospital for surgery. This was crucial because the patient had been eager to have a total hip replacement operation. Additionally, the doctor conducted the necessary tests to determine her suitability for the treatment. The testing included a medical evaluation, blood samples, an EKG, a stress test, a chest X-ray, and a urine sample. The tests were required to assess whether the patient was healthy enough for surgery and whether there were any conditions that needed to be addressed first. This was followed by a successful unilateral total hip replacement for the patient.

A surgeon replaces the damaged hip joint elements with new ones that are often made of metal, ceramic, or very hard plastic during hip replacement surgery. This prosthetic joint (artificial joint) aids in pain relief and improves function. Hip replacement surgery, also known as total hip arthroplasty, may be an option if hip pain prevents you from going about your regular business and nonsurgical treatments haven’t worked or are no longer efficient. Damage from arthritis is the most frequent cause of hip replacement.

Post Treatment

The procedure was a successful one because the patient experienced no post-operative problems. The patient received assistance with transportation following surgery from the hospital to the residence where she would stay for the post-procedure stay (as recommended by the doctor) that she would spend as a recovery period abroad. Including the hospital stay, the patient was in the nation for a total of  20 days. After the procedure, Ms. Reza Sharmin carefully attended the follow-up consultations that MediGence had scheduled. He received assistance from the organization of travel, lodging, and transfer arrangements.
