Bangladeshi National Md. Shamsul Alam, 33, frequently struggled with rectal bleeding, abdominal pain, and cramping for the last 1 year.
This had started to affect his quality of life. Understanding his situation, his uncle Md. Amin, started looking online for his medical check-up and treatment in India and came across MediGence.
Md. Amin submitted his inquiry for Dr. Ajay Kumar, Senior Consultant, Endocrinology Department at BLK Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Ajay Kumar is a renowned Gastroenterologist in India and currently working at BLK Hospital, one of the best hospitals known for Gastroenterology treatment in India.
Md. Shamshul arrived in India on the 7th of December, 2019 along with his uncle. They were received at the airport and comfortably accommodated in the hotel by MediGence team. The next day, Md. Shamshul went for his scheduled consultation with Dr. Kumar wherein he was prescribed to undergo some tests. After reviewing the test results, Dr. Kumar confirmed the symptoms to be because of an underlying medical condition called Crohn’s Disease and provided him medication to control its symptoms. Dr. Kumar also recommended a diet plan for Md. Shamsul and asked him to come back for a follow-up checkup after 6 months.
Md. Shamsul was very happy with Dr. Kumar’s treatment approach as well as the hospital facility and care. He equally appreciated MediGence for managing the overall medical assistance provided to them right from the moment the query was received until their return.
Md. Shamsul returned back to Bangladesh on the 17th of December, 2019 along with his uncle Md. Amin.
