Introduction

Mr. Daianna Falker, a 37-year-old patient from the United Kingdom, traveled alone to IMedicana Camlica Hospital in Turkey to receive medical care. Pre-treatment meetings with the physician preceded this, during which the patient described to the physician the specifics of his ailment as well as its symptoms. Pre-Treatment and Surgical Process

When the patient came on March 2023, the hospital admitted her right away. For three days, Mrs. Daianna Falker was a guest of the integrated, multidisciplinary Medicana Camlica Hospital. Pre-treatment testing included a barium swallow, esophageal pH monitoring, manometry, endoscopy, upper gastrointestinal (GI) series, echocardiogram (ECG), chest x-ray, and blood tests that were performed as soon as the patient was brought to the hospital. A myomectomy is a surgical treatment used to remove leiomyomas, often known as uterine fibroids. These typical noncancerous growths start as uterine growths. Despite their potential to form at any age, uterine fibroids often develop during the reproductive years. The purpose of a myomectomy is to remove fibroids that are causing symptoms while reconstructing the uterus. Post Treatment
