IVF is a multi-stage fertility treatment that may involve ovarian stimulation, egg collection, sperm preparation, fertilisation, embryo development, and embryo transfer. Depending on the clinical situation, additional techniques such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) or embryo genetic testing may be considered. The fertility team evaluates each patient before selecting the most appropriate treatment strategy.
