The assigned case manager helped Mr. Sitaram to have all suggested tests done successfully. The tests recommended by the doctor were MRI and CT scans. The doctor evaluated the test reports thoroughly and concluded that there were no major issues and no surgery was required. Dr. Areen said Mr. Sitaram’s headache and back pain resulted from the decompression of certain nerves. He suggested physiotherapy for 2-3 months and prescribed medications. Mr. Sitaram was told to come for a follow-up consultation after three months. He stayed in Dubai for 7 days and flew back to his country to continue physiotherapy.
