Introduction and Medical Condition

Najah Abdulmohsen, a Saudi National, had inhaling and exhaling issues and she wanted to correct her nose size with her facial balance and her overall appearance. Pre-Treatment

Ms Najah Abdulmohsen travelled alone for her treatment. She arrived in Turkey on 21st Feb 2024. She was received and safely accommodated at their hotel by the MediGence Patient Care team. She was picked up from the hotel by the assigned Patient Care executive and taken to the hospital for their first consultation with the doctor. After initial investigations and tests, Ms Najah was admitted the same day with the surgery scheduled for the next day after the first consultation. She stayed 3 days in the hospital.

Process

Ms. Najah's Rhinoplasty was completed on the same day of hospital admission. The surgery was successful, and she was shifted to their room by the same afternoon after having a few hours in recovery. The next day she spent in the hospital. She stayed in the country for 1 week for the post consultation and follow-up, and she also enjoyed the destination.

Post Treatment

The surgery was as successful as it could be. MediGence did not only manage her travel Operationally but also at the clinical level by initiating discussions with doctors, Post-Surgery consultation.Ms. Najah was satisfied with her surgery and treatment and she expressed her gratitude to the treating doctor.
