Mr Ian, 33-year-old British citizen, wanted to undergo cosmetic surgery for gynecomastia.

Mr Ian was looking for economy options to get his cosmetic surgery done and came across MediGence. MediGence helped him throughout the entire process in identifying the correct option in Turkey, which was his preferred destination.

He was assigned a case manager who has a quick conversation with him to understand his expectations.. He was sent a few options to choose from and he decided to proceed with Medicana Camlica Hospital and Dr. Umut Zereyak in Turkey.

Mr Ian went to Turkey on the 6th September 2020 to undergo the procedure and since it was a minor procedure, he only had to spend one day in the hospital. After reaching the hospital, he had a consultation with the doctor and even met with the clinical team who explained him about the procedure and discussed his expectations.The surgery was a success and there were no side effects or post-operative complications. He stayed a total of 5 days in Turkey and was extremely happy with his treatment. He was also very thankful to MediGence for all the help they provided him. He was looking for a viable opportunity to get treated outside the UK and MediGence helped him achieve just that. Mr Ian was also very thankful towards all the staff at the hospital for giving him a high standard of care and treatment.
