Introduction

Sayaka Khanam Bithe, 45, a resident of Bangladesh, suffered from multiple neurological conditions including pain in the hand, neck, and frequent headaches.

During a childhood accident, Sakaya’s right hand got burned due to an electric shock leading to multiple complications such as her inability to hold or lift heavy objects. Also, she complained of persistent pain in her hand, neck and frequent headache. Searching for good options for the treatment of his wife, Sakaya’s husband Md. Amin, came across MediGence online. Pre-Treatment & Process

Sayaka arrived in India on the 7th of December, 2019 accompanied by her husband where they were received at the airport and comfortably accommodated at their hotel by MediGence Team. The following day, they went for the first consultation with Dr. Renjen. Completing her medical examination, Dr. Renjen suggested her to undergo a few tests.

After examining the test reports, Dr. Renjen diagnosed Sakaya of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Migraine. Because of these conditions, she was suffering from nerve compression causing persistent headache and pain in her hand.

Dr. Renjen prescribed medications to Sakaya for her condition and recommended a follow-up check-up and consultation with him after 3 months.
