Hearing loss or Hearing deficiency is a common impairment affecting our society today with a large number of people experiencing this problem in varying degrees. Even more alarming is the fact that even children are being affected by the problem from a very young age. There are many different causes of hearing loss like nasal infection, Otitis media infection, upper respiratory infection. External factors like genetics, noise pollution, prolonged exposure to sound etc also affect hearing loss.
