Mr. Syed Shakiruzzaman, 47, from Bangladesh, suffered from a number of ailments like kidney stones, headaches, hypertension. Diagnostic reports suggested several small stones in one of his kidneys. He had frequent headaches and also reported hypertension due to increased blood pressure.

Pre-treatment and Process

The Visa invite from the chosen hospital was facilitated by MediGence patient manager. Mr. Shakiruzzaman applied and received the Visa within a week. He chose the hotel recommended by MediGence according to his budget. It was within walking distance of the hospital. Shakiruzzaman arrived in India on the 20th of January, 2021. He was received at the airport by MediGence Team and all accommodation arrangements were done by the team.

Completing all medical examinations, the doctor told Mr. Shakiruzzaman to get a few diagnostic tests done to diagnose the condition.

Dr N Subramanium said the kidney stones were too small to be removed and advised these can be removed once they become a little big in size. Dr Charu Gauba said Shakiruzzaman’s headache was a result of nerve decompression. Dr. Gauba suggested doing regular exercise and take prescribed medications. Shakiruzzaman was called for a follow-up consultation after six months. He stayed in India for 10 days and flew back to his country to continue his medications.
