Dr. Suman Lata Nayak is quite a prominent figure in the field of Nephrology and Transplantation, who has been practicing successfully for more than 20 years. She is considered to be one of the senior and highly experienced doctors & surgeons in the field of Nephrology. Dr. Suman Lata has an impeccable academic record that includes MBBS & MS completion from Pt. BDS PGIMS in Rohtak. She is an alumnus of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) from where she completed her DM in Nephrology (2009). Following her DM in Nephrology, she decided to establish a department of Nephrology at the ILBS in New Delhi, and before joining Narayana Health, she had been successful in setting up the nephrology unit at ILBS with the support of renal transplant surgeon Dr. Vikas Jain. Later, she received a Fellowship in Renal transplantation at St. George’s hospital, London. Dr. Suman Lata has also got the distinction in the ISN-ANIO neuropathology course in 2013 and now she is also a well-known certified neuropathologist. Dr. Suman excels in her fields of interest. Her areas of expertise include Acute Kidney injury, Critical care Nephrology, Kidney transplant, Kidney diseases in Liver disorders, and Dialysis.  She is highly experienced in managing hepatitis infections in patients with chronic kidney diseases.
