After this, in the year 2007, he completed his M.Sc. in Urology from the Damascus University Hospitals. Dr. Osama Alharastani received a fellowship from the Arab Board of urology in the year 2008. Finally, he completed his Ph.D. in female urology from the University of Damascus in the year 2012.
