Qualification and Experience

Dr. Dhananjay is a pediatric cardiology Consultant at Fortis Hospital, Mulund. He has more than 10 years of clinical experience in Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery. He completed his MBBS in 2003 from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College, Mumbai. Later on, in 2007, he completed his MS in General Surgery from the esteemed AIIMS. From the same institute in 2010, he completed his M. Ch in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Dhananjay was a clinical fellow in Congenital Cardiac Surgery at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Dr. Dhananjay completed a 2-year fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic, the USA in Adult cardiac surgery. He is highly expert in using modern technology in cardiac surgery and extensively trained in performing Minimally Invasive Surgeries and Heart failure surgeries such as heart transplant and LVAD insertion. His services include Bicuspid Aortic Valve (BAV), Balloon Angioplasty, Cardiac Ablation, Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) Surgery, and Cardiac Arrhythmias.
