Dr. Anil Saxena is currently the Director of Cardiac Pacing & Electrophysiology at Fortis Escort Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Anil has more than 35 years of clinical experience. He obtained his MBBS degree in 1982 from Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur. Later on, in 1985, he completed his MD from the same college. Dr. Anil passed his DNB in cardiology in 1993. From St Luke Hospital, Wisconsin USA, he had received specialized training in electrophysiology. He has demonstrated various new and innovative techniques in the field of cardiac electrophysiology.

Contribution to Medical Science

Dr. Anil is the Founder member of the executive committee of the Indian Heart Rhythm Society. He is also an esteemed Member of Heart Rhythm Society, USA, and Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society. More than 30 research papers of Dr. Anil are published in various indexed journals. His area of Speciality includes Implantation of Permanent Pacemakers, Implantation of Biventricular pacemakers, Catheter RF Ablation of complex arrhythmias, Implantation of CRT-D, and Coronary Angiography.
