He is also an expert in handling complex cases of cardiac surgery which involves high risk such as preoperative low LVEF, Ventricular Septal Rupture, Ischemic MR, Unstable Angina with hemodynamic instability, and Ventricular Aneurysm. Dr. Srinath has a keen interest in performing surgeries such as Bidirectional Glenn Shunts, Conduits and Redo Congenital surgeries, TOF corrections, ASD / VSD closures, and PDA ligations.
