Your safety during the time of coronavirus pandemic and beyond is as much our responsibility as it is yours. To give you that confidence to travel abroad for medical treatment,we have collaborated with our healthcare partners to ensure that you're in safe hands, right from your arrival until departure.
The following are some of the guidelines that have been implemented for protection against COVID-19
Patients and their attendants have to carry a COVID-19 PCR report from their local country before boarding the flight. The COVID-19 test should be done within 72 hours before the departure of the flight.
A COVID-19 PCR test will be performed at the airport of the destination country or at the hospital where you plan to seek treatment (whichever approach has been decided by the Ministry of Health of the respective country)
Some countries still have a quarantine timeframe of two weeks for all visitors. Therefore, you are requested to check with the person you are in touch with about quarantine requirements so that you can plan finances and other logistics accordingly.
Certain countries let you take an exemption for COVID-19 PCR testing at the airport.A prior declaration form needs to be filled for that. To check if it is applicable for you, kindly check with your patient care management.
A COVID-19 PCR test is done for the patient and attendants before their departure to the home country. The COVID-19 test should be done within 72 hours before the departure of the flight.

All international patients with a negative PCR report will be treated and managed in a COVID-free building by a separate medical staff and nurses.
