The Paediatric TOF Repair is a corrective open-heart surgery aimed at restoring normal blood flow. It involves closing the ventricular septal defect (VSD) with a patch and widening or replacing the narrowed pulmonary valve and artery to improve blood flow from the heart to the lungs.
