Qualification and Experience of Dr. Yasser Elgabry 

Dr. Yasser Elgabry is an efficient and skilled urologist with over 30 years of experience. He has a special interest in urologic oncology. Dr. Yasser has worked at some of the best hospitals providing excellent urology care in Egypt. Currently, he is a Speciality Dr in Urology at the Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor, Wales. In the past, he has also worked as a Consultant Urologist at Kobri Elkobba Military Hospital, Maadi Military Hospital, and Aagrood Military Hospital. He is well-known for providing highly effective treatments, especially for bladder cancers.  He began his medical training with an MBBS from the Zagazig university. Subsequently, he obtained an MSc in Urology from Cairo University. In addition, he has also obtained a Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons(FRCS, Glasgow).  Dr. Yasser Elgabry has handled over 50  radical cystoprostatectomy cases. He has a special interest in urologic oncology and has expertise in performing radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, and radial orchiectomy. Dr. Yasser Elgabry has successfully executed several laparoscopic procedures. Some of the procedures he is competent at include pyeloplasty, renal cyst excision, varicocelectomy, ureterolithotomy, ureterovesical reimplantation, and nephrolithotomy. Dr. Yasser Elgabry is also trained in advanced robotic-assisted partial nephrectomies.

Dr. Yasser Elgabry has many noteworthy contributions. These include:

• Dr. Yasser Elgabry mentors younger urologists in different surgical procedures for treating cancers associated with the urinary tract. As a lecturer at the Military Medical Academy, he has trained several military doctors. 
• He is a distinguished member of the Egyptian Urological Association and the Egyptian Society of Laparoscopic Surgery(ESLS). Here, he actively contributes to organizing workshops on advanced laparoscopic surgery. Such events are attended by junior residents and doctors and provide an opportunity for sharing recent surgical techniques as well as treatments for urological diseases.
