He is a senior consultant and head of the Department of Urology, and Kidney Transplant at Aakash Healthcare SuperSpecialty Hospital, New Delhi.
He was also associated with many esteemed hospitals in the past as a Consultant such as Max Healthcare, Artemis Health Institute, Asian Hospital, and Medanta, New Delhi, India.
He has conducted more than 10,000 laser kidney stones and prostate surgeries. With a special interest in using robotics for surgical procedures, he rectifies urological problems without causing discomfort to the patients.
Dr. Vikas Agarwal started his medical journey at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, India where he completed his MBBS.
After completing his undergraduate studies, he pursued an MS in general surgery from the same institute. This was followed by a DNB in Urology from Muljibhai Patel Urological Clinic(MPUH), Nadiad.
In addition to these academic qualifications, he has also qualified for the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons(MRCS) exam, Glasgow, UK, which is a diploma course that allows trainees to become surgeons.
