In 1994, he completed his MS in General Surgery from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharashtra. Dr. Khera obtained his M. Ch. in Genitourinary Surgery from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai in 2000. He also passed DNB in Genito Urinary Surgery in 2000.
