Dr. Padmapriya Vivek is a renowned obstetrician and gynecologist in Chennai. She has more than 14 years of clinical experience. Dr. Padmapriya is currently providing her esteemed services at Gleneagles Global Hospitals as HOD – Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Fertility at Chennai, Perumbakkam. She has also been associated with various other reputed organizations including Apollo Medical Center, Karapakkam, as Consultant, Obstetrics, and gynecologist. She also worked as Consultant, in Gynecology and Obstetrics, Maternia Women’s Health and Fertility Centre, Sholinganallur, Chennai. Dr. Padmapriya completed her MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India in the year 2001. Later in 2006, she completed MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India. She was awarded a Diploma in Reproductive Medicine from Germany, Gottingen in the year 2016.

Dr. Padmapriya Vivek is a highly recognized and leading gynecologist in Chennai. She has tremendous experience in various infertility procedures including in-vitro fertilization, IUI, and ICSI. She is an expert in handling complex and high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Vivek is one of those gynecologists who prefer to perform normal deliveries. She has the credit of performing over 10,000 deliveries out of which almost 90% are normal deliveries. Dr. Vivek has an extreme passion for her work. She had worked non-stop for 90 hours in 2015 Chennai floods and performed the delivery of 17 healthy babies. Dr. Vivek in expert in managing delivery in women suffering from cardiovascular conditions and diabetes. She also performs laparoscopic surgeries and has hands-on experience in performing hymenoplasty, removal of cysts from the ovaries, dilation and curettage, and Unilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy.
