Qualification and Experience

Dr. Michael Steven Timms is a consultant Otolaryngologist for more than 36 years now. Between the year 1975 and 1980, he completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Leeds University Medical College. After this, he went on to complete his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, England (FRCS). After all these, he completed his CCST RCS from England, UK.

Contribution to Medical Science

Dr. Michael has a keen interest in cochlear implants, ear, nose and throat surgery, snoring surgery, coblation surgery for tonsils and adenoids, rhinoplasty and protruding ears, and laser stapedectomy. Between 2010 and 2016 Dr. Michael started working as a consultant ENT Surgeon, Implantologist at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (Gen.Org). During the same time, he was also working as a Professor and Consultant ENT Surgeon at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Al Faisal medical School, Riyadh. From 2016 onwards, Dr. Michael started working as a Consultant ENT at the Advanced Hearing and Balance Centre, WAFI Centre, Dubai. From 2015 till present Dr. Michael is working as a Visiting Professor in the ENT Department at the Saudi German Hospital, Dubai, UAE.
