With more than 18 years of experience and currently working as Senior Orthopedic consultant in Metro hospital, Dr. Dilawari is also associated with BL Kapoor Hospital, Moolchand Hospital, and Fortis Hospital. In 1999, he completed his M.Ch. in Orthopedics from the University of Dundee, U.K, and 2001, from the University of Dundee, he was awarded FICS.

He was amongst the first person who performed revision elbow replacement surgery and Dr. Dilawari has the credit of the first surgeon in North India to perform Resurfacing Shoulder Replacement.
