Qualification and Experience

Dr. Nigel Symss is a highly experienced neurosurgeon in Southern India with more than 26 years of clinical experience with more than 15 years of experience in spinal and cranial surgery.  He is currently working as Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon & Functional Neurosurgeon at Gleneagles Global Health City, Chennai. He is also associated with Fortis Malar Hospital, Chennai as Senior Consultant, Neurosurgery. Dr. Symss completed his MBBS in the year 1993 from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore, and later in 2005, he completed DNB - Neurosurgery from the National Board of Examination. With more than 3500 neurosurgeries under his credit, he is also the recipient of a fellowship in functional neurosurgery from Flinders Medical Centre, Australia.
