About Doctor

Dr. Urfan Ul Haq has more than 20 years of experience in medical oncology. In 1994, he went onto complete his MBBS from Ayub Medical College. He was also awarded a Gold Medal for his outstanding academic performance. He gained a Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) in Pakistan. In 2002, he became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), UK. After that, he completed his European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) certification. Apart from this, he also completed his UK Medical Oncology subspecialty certification course. Though he initially started off with his career in his home country Pakistan but later on moved to UAE. He started his journey in the UAE by practising in one of the topmost government hospitals. Dr. Urfan Ul Haq actively participated in teaching postgraduate and undergraduate doctors with his experience. He also became the coordinator of the Arab Board Residency programs for training postgraduate physicians between the years 2008 to 2011. He is also an instructor for Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Cell Support.
