  • He graduated from the University of Malaya in 1999 and pursued specialist training in Clinical Oncology at St Luke's Hospital, Dublin, and the National Cancer Centre of Ireland.
  • He obtained the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in Clinical Oncology in the United Kingdom in 2006. During his time in Ireland, he worked as a Research Registrar at the St. Luke’s Institute of Cancer Research, contributing to several EORTC and ICORG clinical trials involving prostate, lung, and oesophageal cancers.
  • Dr Aminudin further advanced his expertise through a Clinical Research Fellowship in Radiation Oncology at the British Columbia Cancer Agency (BCCA), Canada, under the mentorship of Professor Ivo Olivotto.
  • His fellowship training included participation in RTOG and NCI Canada clinical trials focusing on partial breast radiotherapy and breast IMRT.

  • In 2011, he became an Associate Professor of Medicine (Oncology) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He joined KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital in 2012 as a Consultant Clinical & Radiation Oncologist and subsequently became a Resident Consultant at KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital in 2017.
