Dr Ankur Garg is a renowned liver transplant and hepatobiliary surgeon with 14 years of experience in his field of expertise. He is a seasoned medical professional and has worked at some of the most reputed hospitals in India such as the BLK Max Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi and Nanavati Max Super Specialty Hospital, Mumbai. Over the course of his career, he has performed over 1500 complex liver transplants and hepatobiliary surgeries. Dr Garg is trained in performing different types of liver transplants and numerous advanced surgical techniques in hepatobiliary surgery. At present, he is the Head of the Department of Digestive and Liver Diseases, Liver transplant at Sanar International Hospital in Gurgaon, India.

Dr Ankur Garg completed his MBBS at the Government Medical College in Aurangabad(2002). Thereafter, he obtained his Master’s in Surgery from LokManya Tilak Municipal Medical College in Mumbai in 2007.
