Dr. Mohamed Salem is a consultant interventional cardiologist for more than 10 years now. In 1999, he went onto complete his US Board Certification of Internal Medicine and cardiovascular disease in 2002, interventional cardiology in 2003 and endovascular medicine in 2008. In addition to all of these, Dr. Salem is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is a Member of the society of vascular medicine.

Dr. Salem is highly expertise in radial artery approach for cardiac catheterization, complex cardiac, and peripheral vascular interventions, critical limb ischemia, cardiac pacemakers, and neous disease. At present, he is working with the American Hospital, Dubai, UAE. Before joining the American Hospital, Dr. Salem was practising for nearly 10 years in Pennsylvania, USA. He worked as an Associate in Cardiology and Endovascular Medicine at Guthrie Clinic.
