The areas of focus in her research are developing and using molecularly targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and developing innovative treatment approaches to treat hematological malignancies using stem cell transplantation combined with CAR-T cell therapy.
Clinically, the specialist has treated many patients with both acute and chronic forms of leukemia and malignant lymphomas; she has performed more than 200 allogeneic stem cell transplants and more than 50 CAR-T cell infusions to treat patients with leukemia and lymphoma.
Dr. Fan has also participated in many clinical trials and is actively engaged in conducting research. She has also been an author or co-author on more than twenty scientific articles and an author and co-translator of two medical textbooks.
