Qualification and Experience:

Dr.Moshe Yeshurun is a highly successful hematologist in Israel. Dr. Yeshurun’s primary field of interest is bone marrow transplant.  His research interest  is GvHD following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. Dr. Yeshurun received his M.D. degree from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine with distinction. He obtained his  board certification in Internal Medicine and Hematology. Dr. Yeshurun completed a fellowship in bone marrow transplantation at Saint-Antoine and Saint-Louis hospitals in Paris, France.Dr.Yeshurun established the Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit at the Davidoff Cancer Center, Rabin Medical Center. He has been the head of the center since its inception. He is also the Chief Medical officer of  Kalytera Therapeutics Inc. which does extensive work on Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).

Contribution to Medical Science:

Dr.Yeshurun’s extensive research and experience has  contributed extensively  to society. He has published various articles in many national and international journals. Some of his publications include “Cannabidiol for the Prevention of Graft-versus-Host-Disease after Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation” and “Association of Second Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplant vs Donor Lymphocyte Infusion With Overall Survival in Patients With Acute Myeloid Leukemia Relapse”. Dr.Yeshurun is part of Israeli Association of Hematology and European Society of Transplant Bone.
