Dr.Klausner is a highly distinguished laparoscopic surgeon in Israel. His areas of expertise include  Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder and Bile Duct Surgery , breast surgery, gastric and bowel surgery. His primary treatment areas include Gallbladder surgery,Sarcoma surgery and treatment , Pancreatic cancer treatment and other laparoscopic surgeries. Dr.Klausner graduated from the Tel-Aviv University medical school. He completed his residency  in general surgery at Ichilov hospital.He did his fellowship at the Brigham & Women hospital, Boston, USA and continued his studies at Harvard University. He has been  the Chairman of Surgery, Tel Aviv Medical Center since 1996. He also holds esteemed academic titles. He is the head of the experimental surgery  department at the Tel-Aviv University's Sackler Faculty of Medicine where he was a professor previously.
