Dr. Duong Thu Anh

• Dr Duong Thu Anh is a highly experienced and accomplished cardiologist with over 20 years of clinical and academic experience.
• She is a Master’s degree holder and a Physician who graduated with distinction from Hanoi Medical University in General Medicine and completed her Cardiology Residency, gaining extensive clinical and academic expertise at leading cardiology centres both in Vietnam and abroad.
• Currently, Dr Duong Thu Anh serves as the Head of the Department of Internal Cardiology at the Cardiology Centre, Vinmec Times City International General Hospital.
• She also manages the Heart Failure Program, contributing to Vinmec becoming the first hospital in Asia accredited by the American College of Cardiology (ACC) for Heart Failure Management.
• In addition to her clinical work, Dr Duong Thu Anh has served as a lead lecturer at Hanoi Heart Hospital and is currently a visiting cardiology lecturer at VinUni University.
• She has led multiple national and international research projects, published her work, and received awards such as Third Prize in the Youth Creative Technical Competition of the Hanoi Youth Union (Health Sector) and Second Prize for the Best Presentation at the 13th Annual American Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography Conference in Dallas, Texas, 2018.
• She also contributes to health programs on television and radio (VTV3, VOV2) and works as a speaker and interpreter for major pharmaceutical companies.
• Dr Duong Thu Anh has been working as a Doctor at the Heart Centre, Vinmec Times City International General Hospital since 2022, continuing to provide expert care and leadership in cardiology.
