Dr. J Ramkumar has more than 34 years of clinical experience in cardiac surgery. He is MBBS, MS (Gen Sur), M. Ch. (Cardio-Thoracic Surgery). After completing his MS in General surgery, he obtained M. Ch from Christian Medical College, Vellore in the year 2006. From the year 2006-2008, he provided his services at Christian Medical College as a senior lecturer. Dr. Ramkumar was also associated with Lakeshore Hospital, Cochin from the year 2008 to 2009.
Dr. Ram Kumar is an experienced cardiothoracic surgeon and gained expertise in performing various surgeries related to the heart. These include Surgery for heart failure, Valvular Heart Surgery, Coronary Artery Surgery, and Aortic surgeries. Various researches of Dr. Ram Kumar have been published in national and international journals. He is also the recipient of various awards most notable being “Late Dr. Sanjay Agarwal gold medal” for the best candidate in MS and Best paper presentation at the 53rd annual conference of the Indian Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons.
