Dr. Adil Rizvi

Qualification and Experience

With more than 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Adil Rizvi is currently the Chief of Cardio-thoracic vascular surgery at Pushpawati Singhania Hospital & Research Institute. Dr. Rizvi has done his MBBS from AMU Institute of Ophthalmology, Aligarh in the year 2000. He completed his MS in General Surgery from Aligarh Muslim University in the year 2005. Later, he secured an advanced degree in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (M. Ch.) in 2010 from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Dr. Rizvi was associated with various hospitals of repute such as Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Asian Institute of Medical Sciences.

Contribution to Medical Science

Dr. Rizvi is known for performing complex surgeries with a high success rate. He has performed more than 7000 surgeries through advanced technologies. He has a special interest in Aortic arch replacement, keyhole surgery, off-pump coronary bypass surgery, valve repair, and replacement surgery, Complex Aortic Surgeries, and Left ventricular assist devices. He is the author of various research papers published in national and international journals.
