With advanced surgical oncology infrastructure, Czech Medical Center offers HIPEC for selected patients with cancers involving the lining of the abdominal cavity. Established in 1996, the JCI accredited hospital is located in Brno, Czechia, and it has adequate bed capacity.

HIPEC is generally performed after cytoreductive surgery removes visible cancer from the abdomen. A heated chemotherapy solution is then circulated within the abdominal cavity for a specified period before being removed. The approach may be considered for selected peritoneal cancers, depending on the tumour type, disease burden, and the patient's ability to undergo major surgery.
