Qualification and Experience
- Dr. Ogun Ersen completed his medical education at Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine (2005-2011).
- Later he completed his specialization at Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2018 with the thesis "Effects of nesfatin on liver regeneration and function in rats undergoing partial hepatectomy".
- In the same year, He qualified the Turkish Surgical Association board exam and was awarded a qualification certificate.
- After completing a training period at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Ogun Ersen placed third in Turkey in the subspecialty examination in medicine and got the title of Surgical Oncologist (2018-2021).
- He was later promoted to Associate Professor in the year 2022.
