  • Associate Professor, Senior Doctor Nguyen Thi Hoan has extensive experience in the Pediatric specialty and is a specialist in Pediatric Endocrinology in Vietnam.
  • In 2011, Dr. Hoan was awarded the title of “Senior Doctor.”
  • She is one of the pioneers in Vietnam to initiate the newborn screening program for congenital hypothyroidism and G6PD deficiency.
  • Dr. Hoan is also among the first in Vietnam to work on high-risk screening for inborn errors of metabolism.
  • She was conferred the title of Associate Professor in 2007.
  • To achieve her accomplishments, she pursued specialized Pediatric courses both domestically and in Sweden.
