Dr. Halil Tugtepe

• Professor Dr. Halil Tuğtepe, born on February 26, 1968, in Ankara, embarked on his medical journey at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine following his pre-graduate studies. He earned his medical degree in 1992 and subsequently specialized in Pediatric Surgery at the same institution, achieving board certification in 2000.
• For 19 years, Prof. Dr. Tuğtepe dedicated himself to the pediatric surgery and pediatric urology departments at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, where he provided exemplary care to patients. In February 2019, he transitioned to private practice, continuing his commitment to pediatric surgical excellence and patient welfare.
• He is a member of the International Pediatric Incontinence Association (2008), the European Pediatric Urology Association (Full Membership) (2009), the Pediatric Urology Association (2009), the Turkish Pediatric Surgery Association (1998), and the Turkish Emergency Surgery Association (1999).
