Dr. Thomas Hester

• Dr. Thomas Hester is a highly respected Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based in The London Clinic, London, specialising in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including ankle fractures, ligament injuries, cartilage damage, heel pain, and sports-related injuries.
• With extensive clinical experience and advanced training, he is renowned for his expertise in both paediatric and adult orthopaedic care, delivering precise, evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Dr Hester obtained his medical degree from the University of London, followed by a Master’s degree from the University of Brighton.
• He completed his orthopaedic training on the South East London Training Rotation. He went on to receive a prestigious Fellowship from the British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (BOFAS), which allowed him to further specialise in complex foot and ankle trauma.

• Dr Hester is equally dedicated to innovation and research in orthopaedics. His work has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, and he has developed the ‘Surgical Instruments’ app along with an accompanying online training module to support surgical education.
