• Dr. Sahil Gaba is a highly successful orthopaedic surgeon with over 8 years of post-MS experience, specialized in hip and knee arthroplasty, as well as sophisticated robotic joint replacement surgeries. He is currently employed as a Consultant and Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics at Amrita Hospital in Faridabad (Delhi NCR), where he offers comprehensive care for severe hip and knee diseases using cutting-edge surgical procedures.
• He earned his MS in Orthopaedic Surgery from the famed Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Medical College and Hospital in Jaipur, after which he spent three years as a Senior Resident at AIIMS in New Delhi, one of India's top medical institutes. During his time at AIIMS, he developed a significant clinical and intellectual interest in hip and knee replacement surgery and pursued this field.
• Dr. Gaba has obtained important international training and has worked at prestigious centres in Australia and the United Kingdom. He earned a fellowship in hip surgery at St. Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne before moving to Aberdeen, UK, where he completed numerous fellowships at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Woodend Hospital, a high-volume, ring-fenced elective orthopaedic surgery center run by the NHS.
• In 2021, he was chosen for the United Kingdom's first advanced Robotic Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Fellowship, making him the first Orthopaedic Surgeon from India to finish a year-long robotics fellowship in the UK. He also has official robotics certification from Cambridge, UK, and substantial hands-on experience conducting both manual and robotic hip and knee replacements, including complex primary and revision procedures.
• Dr. Gaba has over 35 articles in peer-reviewed journals at the national and international levels, as well as numerous book chapters. His professional approach focuses on evidence-based care, precise surgery, and patient-centered results.
