Dr. Rakesh completed his MBBS from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and in the year 1982, he obtained his degree of MS in orthopedics from the same college. In 1986, he completed his M.Ch. in orthopedics from Liverpool University. Dr. Rakesh Bhansali is presently a consultant orthopedic surgeon at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. He was also associated with Columbia Hill Hospital, Contest Jain Clinic, and Children’s Orthopedic Hospital.
Dr. Rakesh Bhansali was associated with his father, late Dr. Rasik M. Bhansali, for 20 years, who was also a well-known orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Bhansali is an expert in knee and hip replacement surgeries, complex trauma and also keenly interested in pediatric orthopedics.
