Dr. Kayhan Turan

• Dr. Kayhan Turan is skilled in performing a range of robotic orthopedic procedures. He is well-trained in minimally invasive and advanced orthopedic surgeries.
• He completed his undergraduate in 1996 from Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Turan also worked with revered orthopedic surgeons at the Northwestern University School of Medicine’s Sports Orthopedic Clinic in the US to learn about shoulder arthroscopy, and foot and ankle surgery.
• He also received training in complex knee arthroscopy surgeries from the reputed orthopedic surgeon Jakob Grevenstein at his clinic in Mainz, Germany. At present, he is the medical director of the Robotic Orthopedic Surgery Center and Turan and Turan Bone Muscle Joint Health Center.
• Additionally, he also serves as the President of the Orthopedic Robotic Surgery Association. His areas of expertise include robotic knee and hip replacement surgeries, joint prosthesis surgery, regenerative orthopedics, and arthroscopic surgery.
• Dr. Turan is trained in the latest technologies for orthopedic surgery such as the kinematic approach of knee replacement surgery, Journey II Knee Prosthesis System, and Robotic Joint replacement systems.
