Furthermore, he was also employed as a Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at the Ministry of Health.
Dr. Attara played a pivotal role in setting up the Gulf's first Scoliosis Centre in Kuwait. He has obtained Fellowships of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and of Edinburgh and was also elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
