Dr.Kapil Gopal Shahare graduated(MBBS) from Vasantrao Naik Govt Medical College, Yavatmal, Maharashtra in 2014.
In the year 2017, He graduated with his master's degree in Ophthalmology from AFMC (Armed Force Medical College) Pune.
Dr.Kapil Shahare has a total of 6 years of experience post-MS.from 2017 to 2018. He served as a senior Resident in the Ophthalmology department at INHS Kalyani, Visakhapatnam.
Later, In Dec 2018 he was appointed as a graded specialist at INHS(Navjivani), Kerala.
For a year He worked as a single eye specialist for the defense, civilian of the whole Andaman and Nicobar command.
From 2021 to 2022, He worked as a PMO and graded specialist at INS Kesari, Port Blair, and also as a Consultant ophthalmologist at GB Pant Hospital,Port Blair.
At present, He is working as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Nav Jyoti Eye Hospital, Gorakhpur, UP.
