About Dr. Vino Siva

Dr Siva holds dual qualifications in Neurosurgery and Complex Spine Surgery.
He is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Complex Spine Surgeon at a major neurosurgery and supra-regional spine centre in London.
He adopts a holistic approach to the spine and is one of the few surgeons with both Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery Complex Spine Fellowships from national centres of excellence.
His practice focuses on subspecialist spine expertise, receiving tertiary referrals from other spine surgeons and neurosurgeons.
He manages challenging cervical surgeries, failed/revision cases, cancer, and adult scoliosis surgery.
He helped develop the UK’s first oligometastatic spine cancer unit in collaboration with oncologists at the Royal Marsden Hospital.
He established the Southwest London Regional Spine Fracture Service.
He is currently developing a Regional Endoscopic Spine Surgery Centre at the Atkinson Morley Neurosurgery Unit, St George’s University Hospital.
He serves as the Clinical Director for the Southwest London Spine Network.
Dr Siva grew up in London and received an unconditional offer to study Medicine and Neurosciences at Imperial College London.
He was awarded the Sir Palmer Scholarship for outstanding academic performance at Imperial College.
