Dr. Balasubraniam is an experienced neurosurgeon who has a high reputation for competencies, respectively in deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's, image navigate neurosurgery, and endoscopic minimally invasive surgery for colloid cysts and intraventricular tumors.
He is a specialist in neuro-oncology and can do surgeries for anterior skull base tumors and pituitary tumors through Intraop MRI imaging and Image-guided techniques available in this hospital.
Presently, he is the Head of Neurosurgery, at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, Haryana – India. He also uses endoscopic surgery to treat such diseases as hydrocephalus, and other diseases related to cerebral fluid buildup.
He did his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from JIPEM in Pondicherry India. After these achievements, he carried on his MCh in Neurosurgery and DNB in Neurosurgery from NIMHANS, Bangalore, India.
