From 1994 to 2000, Dr. Nagihan İnan Gürcan received her education at Istanbul University's School of Medicine, where she established the basis for her medical knowledge. From 2001 until 2005, Dr. İnan Gürcan worked as a research assistant in the radiology department at Kocaeli University School of Medicine. She rose to the level of Professor while leading the radiology department at Bilim University's School of Medicine from 2016 to 2018.
